Our 1st tomato of the season!

Meet Bonnie & Clyde

These are the outdoor kitties that live under our back stairs. I named them Bonnie & Clyde because they're robbing us blind (of cat food). They're the younger brother and sister of out indoor cat, Vince.

Bonnie is a bird killer. She was so little we were afraid that she wouldn't make it through the winter, but now she's bigger than her partner in crime.

Clyde is so cute he needed 2 photos. He follows me around the garden waiting for me to crouch down so he can touch my nose with his nose.

Nor'easter night

We had quite a storm with about 5 inches of rain in a few days. When I got home Ricardo had a big fire roaring in the fireplace.
What a treat to have one more cozy night in front of the fire.

Vince loved it, too!

Blooms of the week II

I cut the first rose of the season so we could enjoy it on our mantle. Less than 10 minutes later our floral inspector had spotted this new addition and completed his inspection.

Early morning watering

Ricardo has bome a bit of a grass fanatic. (Who woulda thunk it!?) He fertilized and re-seeded, and has been faithfully watering every morning.
